Our two-year Graduate Program will enable you to deepen and develop your technical and professional competencies through meaningful and challenging work. Your in-role development will be complemented by professional development programs and you will have the support of leaders and mentors to coach and guide you through each stage of the program.

Internships

Our 12-week Internship programs give you the opportunity to work on exciting projects, applying your course work in an operational setting. We look for highly self-driven individuals, aligned to The Viva Way, who are eager to work over the summer and showcase their capabilities.

We believe that an inclusive culture that values diversity of thought and different ways of working results in all employees being more engaged, motivated and productive. Additionally, we offer a number of Internships in partnership with CareerTrackers, to actively build skills and develop job opportunities for Indigenous university students around Australia.
