No Fee & 8 cents off Fuel FAMILY AND FRIENDS TERMS & CONDITIONS Terms of this “Offer”

  1. Information on how to participate in this offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All dates and times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are AEST or AEDT.
  2. Applications must be received by December 7, 2023. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary this Offer prior to this date (and prior to Applications for the Offer being accepted).
  3. Applicants must quote Promotional Code “SCFAMILY”.
  4. This Offer applies only to new Shell Card accounts.
  5. Applicants must be businesses with a valid ABN.
  6. Applicants will be entitled to a discount of 8 cents per litre off the pump price of all fuels excluding LPG and AdBlue at all Shell Branded retail sites and Shell Card accepting Westside and Liberty sites for a period of eight (8) months after initial card production plus five (5) days (“Offer Period”). All discounts are expressed on a GST inclusive basis.
  7. There will be no monthly card fees or transaction fees during the Offer Period.
  8. No further discounts will be apply for the duration of the Offer Period.
  9. At the end of the Offer Period, the applicant will be entitled to a discount of 4 cents per litre off premium fuels and 2 cents per litre off regular fuels, excluding LPG and AdBlue at all Shell Branded retail sites and Shell Card accepting Westside and Liberty sites.
  10. At the end of the Offer Period there will be an ongoing monthly card fee of $2.50.
  11. Available payment terms are W07 (Weekly invoicing, with payment due the 7th day following the invoice date), F14 (Twice monthly invoicing, with payment due the 14th day following the invoice date), M21 (payment due on the 21st day of the following month) and M07 (Monthly invoicing, with payment due on the 7th day of the following month) only. The payment terms offered to each individual applicant will be at the discretion of us. Payment must be via direct debit from either a bank account or credit card. Mastercard and Visa accepted. Surcharge of 0.4%+ gst.
  12. Account opening is subject to normal credit approval and other account opening criteria.
